When is the 2027 reunion?
The Moore Family Reunion will take place from June 24 to June 27, 2027.
How can I register for the event?
You can register online through our dedicated reunion website. Registration is open to all family members and friends.
What are the rules regarded refunds?
REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Cabin Reservations: Reservations may be cancelled by notifying the Committee in writing at least thirty (45) days prior to your Check-In date (Cancellation Period). In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded, less a $50 nonrefundable booking fee any transaction fees. In the event of cancellations made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.
What is the Reservation Deadline?
Early registration ends March 26, 2027. After this date there will be a $40 increase.

Registration closes May 25, 2027 (30 days before check-in).
Is there a dress code?
We encourage everyone to dress in their best family attire. We are looking forward to seeing you in your finest for the banquet celebrtaion.

How do payments work for Registration?
The deposit is 30% of your total. After the deposit you will be automatically charged for the remaining balance each month in 5 equal payments.
How do payments work for the cabins?
One adult in your cabin must reserve the cabin with a $100 deposit. The remaining balance will be split into 11 equal payments. The one adult can share the payment link with other adults that will be staying with them to split the cost of the cabin. Each adult you invite will be responsible for paying their portion of the cabin.
Can I pay for only one event (i.e. banquet only)?
Registration fee must be paid in full to attend any events. We will not take payments for single events.
Can I pay my registration dues on the first day of the reunion?
We highly encourage everyone to pay at least 30 days prior to the reunion. If special circumstances arrive just note the price will be increased by $40 when paying at the door.
